Banyan Software, a software developer, completed the acquisition of DualEnroll, an EdTech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "DualEnroll’s mission to improve dual enrollment programs aligns perfectly with Banyan’s commitment to supporting niche software businesses for the long term," David Berkal, Banyan Software CEO.
