Goodfood, a Canadian online meal solutions company, completed the acquisition of an 81% stake in Genuine Tea, a Canadian craft tea company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have grown Genuine Tea from a farmers’ market venture to a multi-million-dollar national brand and we could not be happier to join the Goodfood family to propel Genuine Tea to the next level,” Sarah Wilcox, Genuine Tea cofounder and CEO.
