ECI completed the acquisition of Insurance Insider from Delinian.

ECI, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Insurance Insider, a premier London-based digital news and intelligence platform, from Delinian, a British financial media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Insurance Insider has been at the forefront of the insurance industry for nearly 30 years, and we are now at an inflexion point.
