Argyle Capital Partners completed the acquisition of International Custom Products.

Argyle, a private equity firm specializing in industrial manufacturing businesses, completed the acquisition of International Custom Products, a manufacturer of engineered textile products serving the aerospace & defense sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
