Cloudera to acquire Octopai.

Cloudera, a provider of automated data lineage and catalog solutions, agreed to acquire Octopai, a US-based data, analytics, and AI company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When using data to make business-critical decisions, enterprises can’t afford to have blind spots or inaccuracies, and they certainly shouldn’t let identifying trusted data slow down progress,” Charles Sansbury, Cloudera CEO.
