Å Energi to acquire a 51% stake in Fredrikstad Energi.

Å Energi, a renewable energy group, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Fredrikstad Energi, a Norwegian energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an important milestone for Å Energi. Through the acquisition of the majority share in FEAS, we have the opportunity to take a leading role in the development of the businesses in FEAS and facilitate energy transition, industrial development and new jobs in the region," Steffen Syvertsen, Å Energi CEO.
