FN Browning Group completed the acquisition of Sofisport.

FN Browning Group, a small arms, ammunition and integrated weapon systems designer and manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Sofisport, a hunting and sporting shotshells manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The completion of this acquisition marks a major milestone, further reinforcing the long-term sustainability of our industrial and commercial activities.
