EFG Hermes to acquire Britus Education from GFH Financial Group.

EFG Hermes, an EFG Holding company and the leading investment bank in MENA, agreed to acquire Britus Education, an education services company, from GFH Financial Group, an investment banking firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
