Pine Gate Renewables completed the acquisition of Carvers Creek solar project from John Hancock Life Insurance Company.

Pine Gate Renewables, a developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States, completed the acquisition of Carvers Creek solar project from John Hancock Life Insurance Company, Boston-based insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
