Kosmocar completed the acquisition of MAN Hellas Truck & Bus from MAN Truck & Bus SE.

Kosmocar, the official importer of Volkswagen Group vehicles, completed the acquisition of MAN Hellas Truck & Bus, the Greek subsidiary of trucks and buses manufacturer MAN Truck & Bus. Financial terms were not disclosed.
