GCM Grosvenor completed the acquisition of Mobil Grain from AGT.

GCM Grosvenor, a global alternative asset management firm, completed the acquisition of Mobil Grain, a rail and bulk handling operator, from AGT, a global leader in plant-based proteins, pulse processing, and value-added food ingredients.
