Henko Partners, an independent private equity investor, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Balflex, a high-pressure hydraulic hoses and fittings manufacturer and distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership with Henko will enable Balflex to continue its trajectory of growth, particularly by expanding into new regions and optimizing our operations.
