Calpine Corporation completed the acquisition of GoodCharlie from ArcLight.

Calpine Corporation, a generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources, completed the acquisition of GoodCharlie, an energy provider, from ArcLight, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
