Eurazeo-backed EasyVista, an IT service management company, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in OTRS Group, a provider of IT service management and customer service solutions for €31.41m. “This acquisition not only accelerates our international growth but also strengthens our IT services platform and IT security offering, further solidifying our position as a leading global player,” Patrice Barbedette, EasyVista CEO.
