Schneider National to acquire Cowan Systems for $390m.

Schneider National, a multimodal provider of transportation, intermodal and logistics services, agreed to acquire Cowan Systems, a full service transportation and logistics company, for $390m. “This acquisition aligns with Schneider’s long-term vision to have customer-centric Dedicated solutions as the cornerstone of its Truckload segment.
