Alcogroup completed the acquisition of IGPC.

Alcogroup, a Belgium-based global ethanol producer, completed the acquisition of IGPC, a producer of ethanol, protein for animal feed, corn oil and biogenic CO2. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased with this acquisition. It enhances our geographical diversification and strengthens our position in the growing ethanol markets in North America and specifically Canada,” Thomas Viatour, Alcogroup CEO.
