Amsino International to acquire MedXL and Liebel-Flarsheim Canada.

Amsino International, a medical supply store, agreed to acquire MedXL, a medical equipment company, and Liebel-Flarsheim Canada, a medical equipment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition aligns perfectly with our reshoring strategy to expand our manufacturing footprint to better serve customers in North America.
