Aviva to acquire Direct Line Insurance Group for £3.7bn.

Aviva, a British multinational insurance company, agreed to acquire Direct Line Insurance Group, a British insurance company, for £3.7bn. "This deal is excellent news for the customers and shareholders of Aviva and Direct Line.
