Hillhouse-backed EZA Hill, a real estate investment platform, completed the acquisition of a Jakarta logistics portfolio of ESR Group, an Asia focused real estate services and investment company, for $148m. “Eza Hill’s important investment is part of Hillhouse’s broader commitment to South-east Asia and the Indonesian market.
