Oxy Capital to acquire Starfoods from Explorer Investments.

Oxy Capital, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire Starfoods, a Portuguese healthy quick service restaurant chain, from Explorer Investments, a Portuguese private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Oxy Capital as its new growth partners, Starfoods is expected to enter a new phase of growth and increase its market share in the coming years.
