BHM Group-backed Reinsberg Group completed the acquisition of Brandon Medical.

BHM Group-backed Reinsberg Group, a provider of high-quality solutions in healthcare, completed the acquisition of Brandon Medical, an UK-based company specializing in the development and manufacturing of medical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This move strengthens our market position especially in the UK market as well as in the area of hospital products as lights, integration and other products while supporting the growth and innovation of Brandon Medical.
