GMP Group-backed Eulero Capital, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Reedijk Wheels and Tyres, a distribution company specializing in automotive wheels and tires. Financial terms were not disclosed. Reedijk Wheels and Tyres Group and G.M.P Group announce the finalization of a strategic operating agreement that will make the two companies even more leading players in the production and distribution of tyres and alloy wheels in the European markets. The partnership is the next step in the development of a historically profitable collaboration between the companies. A collaboration which already started back in 2007.
