Clear North Capital completed the acquisition of Stony Valley Contracting and Nuway Crushing.

Clear North Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Stony Valley Contracting, a provider of aggregates and civil contracting services, and Nuway Crushing, a provider of gravel and ore crushing services for mining. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a great combination of two extremely well-run aggregates crushing companies.
