Hantech Medical to acquire CareFusion Italy 312 from Becton Dickinson.

Hantech Medical, a medical devices contract R&D and manufacturing services provider, agreed to acquire CareFusion Italy 312, a company manufacturing surgical appliances and supplies, from Becton Dickinson, a global medical technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of the Villamarzana site is a significant milestone, and our team is eager to build upon the time-honored legacy of BD. We are excited to welcome the Villamarzana team to our Hantech family and continue to produce important products for customers and patients around the world," Carl Zhang, Hantech Medical CEO.
