FRONERI to acquire CRUFI Uruguay.

Synopsis

FRONERI, a global ice cream manufacturer, agreed to acquire CRUFI Uruguay, a family business in the production and marketing of ice cream. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to have Crufi join the Froneri family. By expanding into Uruguay, we continue to realize our vision of becoming the best ice cream company in the world," Phil Griffin, Froneri CEO.
