Vitec Software Group completed the acquisition of Figlo from InvestCloud.

Vitec Software Group, a software company, completed the acquisition of Figlo, a provider of software for financial planning and mortgage calculations for the Netherlands market, from InvestCloud, a wealth technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our focus at InvestCloud is to enable a smarter financial future through scalable, mission-critical technology around the world.
