Howden Group completed the acquisition of Perennial.

Howden Group, a global insurance intermediary, completed the acquisition of Perennial, a corporate insurance firm specializing in personal insurance and occupational pension solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Howden and Perennial share strong common values. Coming under the global Howden umbrella gives us access to specialist knowledge, international markets, and the Howden One global network.
