TerraVest Industries completed the acquisition of the Canadian assets from Aureus Energy Services.

TerraVest Industries, an oil & energy company, completed the acquisition of the Canadian assets from Aureus Energy Services, a water management and hot oiling services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
