Infravia Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Copenhagen Optimization.

Infravia Capital Partners, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Copenhagen Optimization, a SaaS solutions company developing software for airport operators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been of paramount importance for us to find a long-term partner which fits us well from a cultural perspective.
