Arthur J. Gallagher completed the acquisition of Dawson & Keenan Insurance.

Arthur J. Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, completed the acquisition of Dawson & Keenan Insurance, a retail insurance brokerage serving personal and commercial lines clients.
