Suba Seeds to acquire Blumen Vegetable Seeds from Blumen Group.

Suba Seeds, a seeds production and trading company, agreed to acquire Blumen Vegetable Seeds, a company producing, processing and selling vegetable seeds, from Blumen Group, an Italian gardening and horticulture products company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
