EQT Partners-backed Constellation Cold Logistics, a provider of temperature-controlled storage and logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of CGI Coldstores, a distributor of chilled and frozen foods. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of CGI presents an exciting opportunity for Constellation to expand our capacity in the two strategic locations in which we already operate: Dublin and Cork," Thomas Hughes, Constellation Managing Director.
