OCS Group completed the acquisition of FES Group from Forth Holdings.

OCS Group, a facilities management company, completed the acquisition of FES Group, independent technical services company, from Forth Holdings, a hard services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The companies exceptional track record in Hard Services, combined with longstanding customer relationships and regional strength, makes them an ideal fit for OCS as we look to expand our own Hard Services division.
