Longacre, a long-term investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Veracity UK, a cybersecure connectivity products and software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Veracity is a technical leader across a number of product verticals all of which are essential for the effective operation of cybersecure IP video surveillance networks. It has a world class team and an exciting pipeline of new products which can be brought to market.
