Septeo completed the acquisition of Ymag from Initiative & Finance.

Septeo, a company specializing in software solutions for legal, real estate, and IT professionals, completed the acquisition of Ymag, a French software publisher focused on training management systems, from Initiative & Finance, a French private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Ymag and the creation of the Education division mark an important step in our ambition to become one of Europe's leading software publishers," Hugues Galambrun, Septeo CEO.
