Oraxys completed an investment in Alyce.

Oraxys, a Luxembourg-based private equity firm, completed an investment in Alyce, a provider of mobility data collection, processing and enhancement services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The services that ALYCE provides to its customers respond to the challenges of transport optimization and the sustainable city, themes perfectly aligned with our investment strategy.
