Aptean completed the acquisition of JobRouter from Main Capital Partners.​

Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, completed the acquisition of JobRouter, a German-based provider of cloud-based intelligent process automation solutions, from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in enterprise software investments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
