Main Capital-backed Omnidocs, a software company in Copenhagen, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Presentation Solutions, a UK-based document creation firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very excited about the process we have had for the past 3 months and the future with Presentation Solutions as a part of Omnidocs. We have found some like-minded people, some great and relevant products and we are tapping into a really interesting market, where we are entering into the UK market with knowledgeable people on the ground.
