The Carlyle Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Waste Services Group from Livingbridge.

The Carlyle Group, a multinational private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Waste Services Group, a waste management, resource recovery and industrial services company, from Livingbridge, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed “We have been impressed by WSG’s track record of growth, enabled by its strong focus on customer service, and we think the business is an excellent platform for continued expansion.
