Namib, a gold producer, developer and explorer with operations focused in Zimbabwe, went public via a SPAC with Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI, a special purpose acquisition company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today is an important milestone in Namib Minerals’ journey.
