Indigenous Gaming Partners completed the acquisition of Pure Canadian Gaming from ONCAP.

Indigenous Gaming Partners, a newly established gaming company focused on developing a portfolio of high-quality casinos through strategic acquisitions and operational excellence, completed the acquisition of Pure Canadian Gaming, an operator of four premier regulated casinos, from ONCAP, a lower mid-market private equity platform.
