Veranda Learning Solutions to acquire a 51% stake in BB Virtuals.

Veranda Learning Solutions, a company specializing in end-to-end education solutions, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in BB Virtuals, an established online platform for Chartered Accountancy aspirants in India.
