Thoma Bravo-backed EQS Group, a cloud software provider, completed the acquisition of Daato, a Berlin-based SaaS company specializing in ESG management and reporting solutions, from kopa Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, IBB Ventures, a venture capital firm, and Neosfer, an early-stage investor and innovation unit of Commerzbank Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
