Nippon Life completed the acquisition of Resolution Life for $8.2bn.

Nippon Life, a Japan insurance company, completed the acquisition of Resolution Life, a global life insurance group, for $8.2bn. “For 22 years, Resolution Life and prior Resolution companies have raised our capital from institutional investors and the public markets.
