Bully Pulpit International, an integrated public affairs agency, completed the acquisition of Seven Hills, a PR campaigns creator, and Message House, a research group specializing in message testing and narrative development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Leading organizations are desperate for transatlantic partners that can pair global experience with local expertise.
