Inpex Idemitsu Norge to acquire 30% stake in Trudvang CCS from Sval Energi.

Inpex Idemitsu Norge, an exploration and production company focused on oil and gas activities, agreed to acquire 30% stake in Trudvang CCS, a large-scale CCS project, from Sval Energi, an oil and gas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Participation in the Trudvang CCS project positions IIN for strategic growth opportunities on the NCS, enabling involvement as a partner or operator in future CCS-focused projects, whether through organic development or M&A," INN statement.
