Sonaca, an aerospace company, agreed to acquire a 51% of the aerostructures activities of Aciturri, an aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In the face of the global consolidation of the aerostructures sector, Sonaca and Aciturri are joining forces to play a leading role globally.
