PCG Power and FAS Energy to form a joint venture.

PCG Power, a Chinese company specializing in developing and operating distributed solar PV power plants, and FAS Energy, a company specializing in renewable energy solutions, agreed to form a joint venture focused on the development of rooftop solar projects in China. Financial terms were not disclosed.
