MHG Continental completed the acquisition of the remaining 4.1% stake in Minor Hotels Europe & Americas for €115m.

Minor International, a hospitality and restaurant company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 4.1% stake in Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, a global hotels owner, operator and investor, for €115m. “We are very pleased with the outcome of the offer, which reflects strong acceptance from MHEA shareholders and enables us to unlock the next chapter of the company’s growth.
