Pluspetrol to acquire ExxonMobil Exploration Argentina.

Pluspetrol, a private company engaged in operation of unconventional fields, in the development of high-pressure gas fields, and the extraction of crude oil in mature fields, agreed to acquire ExxonMobil Exploration Argentina, a ExxonMobil subsidiary, primarily responsible for exploration and production of oil and gas. Financial terms were not disclosed.
